With warmer weather, watermen have begun harvesting Soft Shell Blue Crabs. Flown in alive just after molting, these tender crabs arrive at our restaurants several times a week, ready to be enjoyed.

The world's largest species of flatfish is here, all the way from the central Gulf of Alaska! We offer several preparations during the season, including pan-seared, grilled and Macadamia nut-crusted Halibut.
